SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All our products are made to order specifically for you. Production typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the product type and current order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been produced and shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All products are fulfilled by Printful from their European production facilities (Latvia, Spain). Orders are shipped via international carriers — DHL, DPD, or FedEx — depending on your location.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

Important: We do not ship via local Bulgarian carriers (Speedy, Econt). All deliveries are handled by international carriers listed above.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates for all destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's delivery status.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after shipment
  • Tracking is provided by our production and shipping partners
  • You can check your order status at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged during shipping, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us at bystrovto@yandex.ru with your order number
  • We will investigate the issue with our shipping partners
  • If the package is confirmed lost or damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

We work with trusted print-on-demand production facilities located primarily in the European Union to ensure fast delivery and high quality. Your order may be produced and shipped from different locations depending on product availability and your delivery address.
