REFUND POLICY

All items in our store are made to order and printed on demand specifically for each customer.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- wrong size selected
- change of mind
- personal preference

We only accept claims for:
- damaged items
- defective products
- incorrect items received
- lost orders

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support.kvitendesigns@gmail.com and include:
- your order number
- photos of the issue
- short description of the problem

If your claim is approved, we will offer:
- a free replacement
or
- a full refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

During major holiday periods, the claim window may be extended up to 30 days.
